Small group PT is for the queen who is serious about getting into the best shape of her life.

It is for those who might not like working out in big group setting, who want to really focus on form and technique and might need a bit of extra accountability. Small group PT means that you work intimately with up to 3 other women and Sarah. If no one else books in for the session it works out to be a cost effective way of having a one on one PT session for the same price of the small group PT.
