What is ROMFIT?
Fitness completely changed my life and through Range of Motion Fitness (ROMFIT), I have helped hundreds of women change theirs too. My mission is simple; to create the ultimate environment for females to transform and unlock the happiest, healthiest and most confident version of themselves.
My training methods have developed from my experience competing in Body Building to now incorporating a holistic approach for a balanced lifestyle. I place equal emphasis on mind fitness, nutrition fitness and body fitness.
How did I begin?
I have always loved feeling FIT and have always been into fitness. However, there was so much information out there that although I thought I was eating ‘well’ and training hard – reality was I wasn’t and this was frustrating as I lacked any real results.
I decided to do my fitness certificates in the hope they would help my training and results in the gym. One day it occurred to me that maybe I could make my passion my life – so I started ROMFIT as an outdoor bootcamp with just 3 clients (who I am forever grateful for). From there the business took off as did my self development. I invested in myself by getting a coach. I started seeing amazing changes to both my mind and body.
Since doing my certificates I have found myself, my passion, my purpose and I want to share this with the world. I am passionate about helping women discover who they truly are without the fear, anxiety or self sabotage.
Behind the training
Face to face training is one thing but the reason my clients get fantastic results is the support they receive from myself and other clients via our community Facebook group – ROMFITFAM. I believe in COMMUNITY. I believe in FRIENDSHIP and CONNECTION. This means I run regular events for charity. I believe in EDUCATION and EMPOWERING my clients. Therefor I run regular Facebook live events on nutrition, mindset and fitness.
ROMFIT is so much more than a fitness group or class. It is a way of life

ROMFIT was started by Sarah almost 3 years ago
Since then it has grown quickly to encompass:

- small group personal training
- Strength, HIT and cardio group fitness classes
- our famous 10 week challenges!
