I have been doing the Romfit 8 week challenge for the last 7 weeks, 1 week to go! 💪 The results I've seen have been spectacular! I have lost roughly 4kg, which is ALOT for me. I can see & feel such a difference in myself and how clothes are fitting and getting compliments wherever I go, on how good I am looking. So I am stoked. I have loved the workouts, they have been challenging & I have pretty much seen and felt instant results. The meal plan was very easy to follow, and it contained a variety of foods to keep things interesting 😊 I would highly recommend Sarah, She definitely knows what she is doing 👌💕
